On a continual basis, science is proving that alternative techniques are effective against a range of health conditions in ways that medicine and traditional therapies simply are not. Like any skill, we get better at what we choose to practice. Erin is dedicated to sharing the powerful benefits that she believes Yoga, Coaching and Reiki can provide you with by cultivating a non judgemental practice in a public or private class setting.

(this series class is offered from 2/25 to 3/18)


Sunday 12:00-1:15pm All Levels Yoga at Ravens Wing Studio


Monday 7:30-8:30pm 4 week Beginners Series at Pradipika Studio 

(you can also drop into any of these series classes)


Tuesday 6:00-7:15pm Kripalu Foundations at Pradipika Studio


Wednesday 6:00-7:15pm Kripalu Vinyasa Pradipika Studio


Thursday 8:00-9:00am Kripalu Vinyasa Pradipika Studio
