``The highest form of practice is self-observation without judgment.`` -Swami Kripalu

Erin is a 500HR Kripalu Yoga Instructor and is currently working on her 1000HR. Erin attended Creative Kids Yoga School where she completed a 50HR Kids Yoga Training in 2013. Within that year, Erin completed a Tara Mandala Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Training which was led by the respected founder, Lama Allione.

In 2014, she completed a 30 day Ashtanga Yoga Study Program where she was trained by founder Kes Kennard, whose yearly teacher is Sharath Jois. She absorbed the sister of Yoga, Ayurveda, by interning at Monte Vista Ayurvedic and Yoga Center. She then completed a Ashtanga/Vinyasa YTT Module towards her 500HR by Drishti Yoga International.

In 2015, she assisted four month long YTT’s at Kripalu School of Yoga under seven different directors. Within the following year, she completed a 500HR Vinyasa Module and a 500HR Advanced Pranayama & Asana Module at Kripalu School of Yoga. Erin then was trained to teach Stand Up Paddle Yoga and began teaching Beginners SUP Yoga classes.

In 2016, Erin completed a Leadership Training Intensive with Coby Kozlowski, which was a prerequisite for Coby’s seven month Life Coach Training School that she graduated from in September. Within this year she also completed a 500HR Special Populations Module and a 500HR Meditation Module.

As of May 2017, Erin is thrilled to announce her being apart of the Kripalu School of Yoga R&R Staff.

She obtained her Bachelor’s in Communications, and is a firm believer that modern technology has faded our natural form of connection to each other, animals, nature and ourselves. This is where she believes that Yoga, Reiki and Coaching will shift these habits. Though teaching is her passion, Erin remains a student at heart, and is grateful to all teachers past and present who have guided her along the way.
